Ranching Heritage Center Candlelighting

Posted by: In: Alex, Photography 11 Dec 2006 Comments: 0

Alex got to participate in the Ranching Heritage Center Candlelighting this weekend. About 6000 people came to tour, looking at the old homes and structures of Texas, with volunteers who re-enact typical life of the period in each building. Alex was Amanda, a little girl who grew up in a house on the plains and she did some acting: writing letters to friends, getting ready for bed with her grandmother, cleaning her room.

Here are several images we created.

These are so cool! I absolutely love them. You should make them into a book, seriously. I can’t even pick a favorite, they’re all so cool. I’d love to see them with some grunge/aging done to them, like they’re deteriorating. Very very cool.
